How to place an order:
1. You can access the order via the "Add to cart" function after selecting the appropriate size from the given product (if the product have sized).
2. After adding to the cart, a small window will appear for a few seconds, where you can click the "Checkout" button to place your order and edit the products in the cart.
3. After placing the selected product (s) in the basket, you can edit the contents of the basket and send your order by clicking on the basket icon (where you can see how many products you have placed in the basket).
4. By clicking on the "Checkout" button, the website will navigate to the one-page order page, where you can register / log in as a registered Customer or place your order without registration.
5. We have made it even easier to place your order, so you'll find the following on one page:
- Login / Registration / Purchase without registration
If you do not have a registered account yet, you can easily do one by entering an additional data (password), so our system will automatically fill in the shipping and billing information the next time you log in to your account. You can change this information at any time!
If you already have a registered account, you can simply log in to your account by entering your email address and password.
If you want to order without registration, you do not need to enter a password and we will not store your details. However, there is no cash on delivery for purchases without registration.

After a successful order, the system will send an automatic confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration. The submission of the order and its confirmation means the conclusion of the delivery contract between the Customer and the Service Provider. You can read the delivery contract in Hungarian and English on the website.
6. Successful order submission with different payment methods:
- In case of cash on delivery, all you have to do is pick up the ordered package during delivery and pay the exact amount of cash on delivery at the courier.
- In case of a transfer, our website will automatically create a Fee Request, which contains the data required for the transfer. You have 10 days to pay.
- In case of SimplePay online credit card payment, the website will continue to navigate to the payment page, where you can settle the final amount of your order by entering the required data and confirming any payment.
- In case of PayPal payment, the website will continue to navigate to the payment page, where you can settle the final amount of your order by entering the required data and confirming / confirming any payment. The PayPal system will charge an additional transaction fee, which will be charged to the Customer.
Cancellation and modification of sent and confirmed orders: It is possible to cancel sent and confirmed orders within 1 hour after submission. If the order is refused or not received, re-delivery is only possible with the advance payment method. You can cancel / modify your order by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling our Customer Service (+36 70 943 9693), providing the exact details of the Customer.
Fulfillment of orders
Home delivery within the country (Hungary):
We deliver the ordered products to the specific settlements of Hungary with the Express One Courier Service. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days from the order, which may vary depending on available stock. In case of bank transfer in advance, we will prepare your package after receiving the amount. Once we give the package to the courier, the status of the order will be updated to “Under Delivery” and the Express One Courier Service will email you with more information about the date of delivery. It is also possible to pay with cash and bank card at the courier in case of cash on delivery. We do our best for the fastest possible service, we can only happen for unavoidable, external reasons, delivery time delay compared to the above typical deadlines.
Home delivery abroad:
We shipping worldwide. Depending on the country, we try to ensure the lowest possible shipping rates, which is why we work with several courier companies (Express One, FedEx, Hungarian Post). The time of delivery depends primarily on the country and any customs clearance (for some countries). In case of delivery abroad, only the bank transfer/ PayPal/ Online bank card payment method can be selected, cash on delivery is not possible.
Personal collection in the store
It is not possible to pick up in person when ordering online.
In the case of orders over 60 000 HUF / 200 EUR the home delivery fee is FREE in Hungary and for all countries within Europe.

The delivery fee depends on the country, the weight of the product/ products ordered and, if transferred in euros, the cost of conversion.
The price shown next to the product on the website is a gross price, which includes VAT.
There are several payment methods available on our webshop:
- Wire transfer
In this case, the Buyer will receive a Request for Fees, on the basis of which he will transfer the purchase price and the current delivery cost in advance, after which he will receive the ordered item(s). The transfer is possible within 10 days of the order, which can also be seen on the Fee Request at the payment deadline. In case of transfer, please always enter the order number in the note.
- PayPal payment process
After selecting the PayPal payment method and placing the order, our system will automatically direct the Customer to PayPal payment. In case of PayPal payment, a transaction fee of + 3.5% to + 5.5% will be charged, which will be transferred to the Customers.
- SimplePay Online credit card payment process
After selecting the online credit card payment method and placing the order, our system will automatically direct the Customer to SimplePay online credit card payment. SimplePay will occasionally ask for confirmation of payment.
- Home delivery with cash on delivery
In case of cash on delivery, in addition to the current delivery fee, the Buyer must pay a gross cash handling fee of 400 HUF. This payment method is only possible for registered Customers when ordering domestically (delivery address within Hungary).
ATTENTION! After refusing to accept the order or after two unsuccessful deliveries, the Buyer will no longer be able to use the cash on delivery method. The Service Provider reserves the right to change in all cases!
Personal collection is not possible in case of online ordering, personal purchase is only possible in our store.
In any case, the courier company that delivers your package will send you an e-mail with information about the delivery, including the ability to track the package. If you have not received a notification, please contact our Customer Service.

Where is parking possible at Lurdy House?
In the surface parking lot in the Lurdy House, the first two hours are free of charge from Monday to Sunday, after that every started hour is HUF 300. The fee for parking in the underground garage from Monday to Sunday is HUF 300 (the first 15 minutes are free). For more information, see the Lurdy House website
We offer a half-year product warranty on the products in the web store from the time of purchase / receipt of the product. In the event of a quality defect or complaint, Beyond Fitness Kft. Assumes responsibility if it is considered a quality defect. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from use or improper use.

Right of withdrawal
When ordering, you can use the 17/1999. With an unconditional right of withdrawal detailed in a government decree. For information, special requests and possible problems, please contact our Customer Service.
We will only be able to take back and replace a brand new product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. The Seller has the right to claim compensation for any damage resulting from the improper use of the goods. Refunds do not apply to shipping costs.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Pursuant to this general contract and the individual contracts concluded on the basis thereof, the Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered Products to the delivery address to the buyer, and the Buyer is obliged to accept them and pay for them. The costs of delivery currently indicated on the website are always borne by the buyer. If the Customer does not accept the Products delivered under the contract for any reason, the Customer is obliged to compensate the Supplier for the damage incurred in this connection. The Buyer has the opportunity to cancel the purchase without any legal consequences after the order, but within 48 hours before the date of delivery, if he indicates this intention by e-mail to the Customer's customer service address within the deadline specified in this section. In this case, the Buyer shall not bear any costs. In this case, the buyer will send his intention to withdraw by e-mail to the seller and will arrange for the product to be returned to the seller's address. The costs of return (packaging and shipping costs related to replacement) are always borne by the Buyer! On the Buyer's right of withdrawal, the “45/2014. (II. 26.) Government Decree. The exercise of warranty and guarantee rights is governed by the provisions of Decree 49/2003 (VII. 30.) of the Civil Code on the handling of warranty and guarantee claims enforced within the framework of a consumer contract. The seller has the right to freely change the products in the web store, their purchase price and deadlines. These changes will take effect upon display in the Online Store, but will not apply to contracts already entered into. In the event that the Buyer violates the terms and conditions of the general terms and conditions or the individual contracts concluded on the basis thereof in any way, the Seller is free to declare the registration of the Buyer invalid and may even withdraw from the concluded contract. In this case, the Buyer may not make any claim for damages.
