2.1. Issues not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of these GTC are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (the “Civil Code”) and certain provisions of electronic commerce services and information society services. CVIII of 2001 on the issues of (Elker. Act). The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.

2.2. These GTC are valid from September 20, 2015 and will remain in force until revoked. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The modifier shall be published by the Service Provider on the websites 11 (eleven) days before their entry into force. By using the websites, the Clients agree that they are subject to all regulations regarding the use of the websites.

2.3. The Customer must be familiar with the provisions of the GTC by accessing the website of the webshop operated by the Service Provider or by reading its content - even if he is not a registered customer of the webshop. During registration or purchase (in both cases), the user, if using the services of the Webshop, is obliged to accept the terms and conditions of these GTC, which he can do by checking the box on the form. In this case, by accepting the terms and conditions of the GTC, a contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the users of the Web Store on the basis of the provisions of these GTC.

If the customer does not accept the terms, he is not entitled to view the content of the webshop. You cannot register or send orders.

2.4. The Service Provider reserves all rights in connection with the webshop website, any details thereof and the content appearing on it, as well as with regard to the distribution of the website. It is prohibited to download, electronically store, process and sell the contents or any part of the content appearing on the webshop without the written consent of the Service Provider.

3.1. The products displayed can be purchased online and in person *. The prices shown for the products are in HUF and include VAT, but do not include the home delivery fee. There is no extra packing fee.
PayPal payment process: After selecting the PayPal payment method and placing the order, our system will automatically direct the Customer to the PayPal payment. In case of PayPal payment, a transaction fee of + 3.5% to + 5.5% will be charged, which will be paid by the Buyers, in addition to the purchase price of the products and the delivery fee.

3.2. In the webshop, the Service Provider indicates the name and description of the product in detail, and displays a photo of the products. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the actual ones and may be used as illustrations.

3.3. When a special price is introduced, the Service Provider fully informs the Customers about the special offer and its exact duration.

3.4. In case of home delivery, we deliver the ordered products to the settlements of Hungary with the Express One Parcel Delivery courier service. There are approximately 382 products in our store, the selection is constantly changing, new products are being added and some products are discontinued. The products are divided into ten main categories, within which they are further subdivided into sub-categories and product groups. You can use the search function to find a product you are looking for.

Search: the main categories can be found in the menu line, by clicking on it you can see all the products offered in the category.



Our Specials main category contains all the discount products available in the webshop. The expiration date of the promotion is indicated separately for each product or marked while stocks last.

In the Women's main category, the following are divided into separate subcategories:

The Men's main category contains the men's products offered on the website, divided into the following subcategories::

  • Snapback cap

There is a Unisex subcategory under the Sports shoes menu item, because currently all products available in the online store are suitable for both women and men, depending on the size.

You don't have to register to shop in our online store, but the advantage of registration is that you don't have to enter the billing and shipping data again and again for each purchase. As a registered customer, it is possible to pay cash on delivery for a domestic shipping address (only in HUF), as well as to apply individual discounts in some cases. Only one registration can be made per e-mail address.

3. After entering the requested data and accepting the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, click the Registration button.

When the registration is sent, our system sends a verification letter to the specified email address, in which you receive information containing the validation of the registration. This is necessary to avoid wrong registrations. After registration, you can place an order in our webshop at any time.
If the registration was not successful, please correct the errors marked in red. It may also happen that you have previously registered on our website, in which case by clicking on the forgotten password, our system will send an automatic e-mail by entering the e-mail address, in which you can change the password by clicking on the given link. It is also worth checking the SPAM folder if you do not find this automatic message.

If the registration still fails, please contact our Customer Service (info@beyondbyst.com) with a detailed description of the complaint.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY A REGISTERED BUYER, before purchasing, you can log in by clicking on the  icon next to the Search button in the upper right corner, entering your e-mail address and password, and then clicking on the 'SIGN IN' button.

If you have forgotten your password, press the "PASSWORD FORGOTTEN? CLICK HERE." button, then enter the email address you provided during registration and the system will send you a link to the registered email address, which you can easily change your previous password by clicking.



1. You can access the order via the "Add to cart" function after selecting the appropriate size from the given product (if the product is sized).

2. After placing in the basket, a small window will appear for a few seconds, where you can click the "Send order" button to place the order and edit the products in the basket.

3. After placing the selected product(s) in the basket, you can edit the contents of the basket and send the order by clicking on the  icon (where you can see the number of products currently in the basket).

4. By clicking the "Send order" button, the website navigates to the one-page order submission page, where you can register/ log in as a registered customer/ place your order without registration.

We made placing the order even simpler, so you can find the following on one page:

    If you don't have a registered account yet, you can easily create one by entering additional data (password), so our system will automatically fill in the delivery and invoicing data during your next order if you log in to your account. You can change these data at any time!
    If you already have a registered account, you can simply log in to your account by entering your e-mail address and password.
    If you want to order without registration, you do not need to enter a password and we do not store your data. However, in the case of a purchase without registration, it is not possible to choose a cash on delivery payment method.

    After a successful order, the system sends an automatic confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration. The placing of the order and its confirmation constitute the creation of the delivery contract between the Customer and the Service Provider. You can read the delivery contract in Hungarian and in English on the website.


5. Successful order submission for various payment methods:

  • In the case of cash on delivery, all you have to do is pick up the ordered package during delivery and settle the exact cash on delivery amount for the courier with cash or bank card. ONLY FOR HUNGARY!
  • In the case of a wire transfer, our website automatically prepares a Fee Request, which contains the data required for the transfer. You have 8-10 days for settlement.
  • In the case of SimplePay online bank card payment, the website navigates to the payment page, where you can settle the total amount of your order by entering the necessary data and confirming any payment.
  • In the case of PayPal payment, the website navigates to the payment page, where you can settle the total amount of your order by entering the necessary data and confirming any payment. The PayPal system charges an additional transaction fee, which we charge to the Buyer in any case.
  • In case of personal pick-up, online payment is required in advance


Canceling and modifying a sent and confirmed order: It is possible to cancel sent and confirmed orders within 1 hour after placing them. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the order, re-shipment is only possible by payment in advance. You can cancel/modify your order by e-mail (info@beyondbyst.com) or by calling our Customer Service (+36 707475535), by entering the exact details of the Customer.



Our company CXXVII of 2007. Act § 175. uses an electronic invoice according to. By accepting these GTC, you give your consent to the use of the electronic invoice. The electronic invoice is sent to the Customer by e-mail.



4.1. The main features of the product you want to buy are included in the description next to that product. We accept no liability for damage resulting from misinterpretation of the description.

4.2. The prices shown on the website apply to the products. After placing the order, the system will send an automatic confirmation e-mail, our Company (Service Provider) will guarantee the prices contained thereon, i.e. we will issue the invoice for the ordered products, regardless of the price changes after placing the order, at the prices indicated in the confirmation.


If, despite all the care taken by the Service Provider, an incorrect price appears on the Web Store, especially with regard to the "0" or "1" HUF price, which is obviously incorrect, significantly different from the generally accepted or estimated price, or appears due to a system error, then the Service Provider is not obliged to replace the defective product. price, but can offer delivery at the correct price, knowing which the Customer may abandon his intention to purchase.
Based on Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.), the contract is created by the mutual and unanimous expression of the will of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on the contractual terms, i.e. there is no declaration expressing the will of the parties mutually and unanimously, in that case we cannot speak of a validly concluded contract from which rights and obligations arise. Based on this, an order confirmed at an incorrect/wrong price is considered a void contract.



It is not possible to pick up in person when ordering online.

Home delivery abroad: Depending on the country, we try to ensure the lowest possible shipping rates, which is why we work with several courier companies (Express One, FedEx). The time of delivery depends primarily on the country and any customs clearance (for some countries). In case of delivery abroad, only the advance payment method can be selected, cash on delivery is not possible.

We do everything we can to provide the fastest possible service, delivery times may be delayed compared to the above typical deadlines due to external reasons that cannot be avoided by us. In case of delay by the Service Provider, the User is entitled to set an additional deadline. If the seller does not perform within the additional deadline, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. 

a) the Service Provider refused to perform the contract;
b) according to the agreement of the parties or due to the recognizable purpose of the service, the contract should have been performed at the specified performance time - and not at any other time.
If the Service Provider does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User without delay.


In case of an order over HUF 40,000 / EUR 105 gross, the home delivery fee is FREE in Hungary and for all countries within Europe.

The price shown next to the product on the website is a gross price, which includes VAT. The products on the website may only be purchased by private individuals through the website. In online commerce, the customer may think of the product as different from what it actually is based on the product description and photo. Therefore, the customer is required to comply with 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the basis of a government decree, he may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons in accordance with the provisions of Section 20. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day he received the goods. The service provider shall refund the amount paid by the customer for the product within fourteen working days after the withdrawal, if the product is in perfect condition.

The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the Customer shall not incur any other costs. Return of the product is only possible if the product is in perfect condition.


If any part of these GTC becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining parts. If the Service Provider does not exercise its right under the GTC, the failure to exercise the right shall not be considered a waiver of the given right. Waiver of any right is only valid if expressly stated in writing. The fact that the Service Provider does not strictly adhere to any of the essential conditions or stipulations of the GTC at one time does not mean that it waives its right to adhere strictly to the given condition or stipulation at a later date. Purchasing through the webshop presupposes the Customers knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. The Customer acknowledges that he / she must assess the possible risks related to browsing and purchasing himself / herself, and he / she must ensure the safe use of his / her computer and the protection of the data stored on it.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure or other events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, use or malfunction of the website, alteration of data by anyone, delays in the transmission of information, viruses, software errors, Internet for damage caused by a network fault, other technical fault, line or system fault. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delivery delay or other problems or errors due to inaccurate and / or incorrect data provided by the Customer. The Service Provider excludes all liability for the conduct of the users of the website. The Service Provider and the Customer try to settle their disputes amicably.


The aim of our store is to fulfill all orders in the right quality, with the complete satisfaction of the Customer. If the Customer still has any complaints about the contract or its performance, he can also submit his complaint to the above e-mail address or by letter. Our service provider will investigate your oral complaint immediately and remedy it if necessary. If the Customer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, the Service Provider shall immediately take minutes of the complaint and its position on it, and provide a copy of it to the Customer. If it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, the Service Provider shall draw up a report on the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer.

The Customer can file a complaint at one of the e-mail addresses beyondfitness.shop@gmail.com or beyond.fitnessclothing@gmail.com, or at 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 12-14. fszt. in the form of a postal item sent to a postal address. The Supplier shall investigate the customers complaint within 30 days and inform the Buyer in writing of the result and the legal remedies. He shall keep a copy of the reply for a period of 3 years and shall present it to the inspection authorities on request.

Any material taken from https://www.beyondbyst.com/ and its database may only be downloaded with written consent, even with written consent. The Service Provider reserves all rights to all elements of its service, its domain names, the secondary domain names formed with them, as well as its Internet advertising space.

Adaptation or decryption of the content or parts of the website is prohibited; creating Customer IDs and passwords in an unfair manner; use any application that modifies or indexes the Website or any part thereof.

In which case you can exercise your warranty rights:
In case of defective performance, contract 45/2014. (II. 26.) of the Government Decree, Beyond Fitness Kft. Is obliged to provide a guarantee.

What rights and within what period of time you are entitled to under the warranty?
Whether the buyer “refers” to a warranty or guarantee in the event of defective performance, he is referred to in the new Civil Code. 6: 159. § (2), two types of so-called warranty right: repair / replacement. It may require repair or replacement, unless it is impossible to fulfill the chosen warranty, or it would impose a disproportionate additional cost on the debtor compared to meeting another warranty, taking into account the value of the service in good condition, the seriousness of the breach and the performance of the warranty, caused damage to interests.

When the business is released from its warranty obligation:
The company is released from its warranty obligation only if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after performance. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to the same defect, you cannot assert the warranty and guarantee claim and the product warranty and guarantee claim simultaneously, but you are entitled to the rights arising from the warranty regardless of the rights specified in points 1 and 2.



1. Personal notification The buyer may personally declare his warranty or guarantee claim to the Serviced (Address of the Service Provider). At this time, the employee of the Service Provider will draw up a report on his objection, in which he will record it:
- the customer name and address,
- the name of the product, the purchase price,
- the date of purchase,
- the date of notification of the defect, - a description of the defect,
- the claim the customer wishes to enforce,
- the method of resolving the objection.
If the method of resolving the objection differs from the customers request, the reasons for this shall be recorded in the minutes. A copy of the minutes will be gived by the buyer.

2. Written notification The customer can declare his warranty or guarantee claim by sending a letter to the Service Provider (Service Providers address) or by e-mail (Service Providers email address). The letter should then include:
- the customer name, address,
- the name of the product, the purchase price,
- the date of purchase,
- the date the error was reported,
- description of the problem,
- the claim the customer wishes to enforce.



When handling the repair, the Seller must endeavor to complete the repair within 15 days. The deadline open for correction starts when the consumer product is received. If the duration of the repair or replacement exceeds fifteen days, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer of the expected duration of the repair or replacement.
If, during the first repair of the consumer product during the warranty period, the Seller determines that the consumer product cannot be repaired, the Seller is obliged to replace the consumer product within eight days, unless otherwise ordered by the buyer. If it is not possible to exchange the consumer item, the Seller is obliged to refund the purchase price to the buyer within eight days of the invoice or receipt issued on the basis of the General Sales Tax Act on the proof of payment of the consideration for the consumer item presented by the consumer.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer consents to be provided with the information electronically or in another way suitable for proof of receipt by the Customer.
If the Seller cannot repair the consumer product within 30 days:
  • if the Buyer has agreed to this, the correction can be completed for him at a later date,
  • or if the Customer does not agree to the subsequent completion of the repair, or has not made a statement in this regard, the consumer product must be replaced within eight days after the ineffective expiration of the thirty-day period,
  • or if the Customer does not agree to the subsequent completion of the repair, or has not made a statement in this regard, but it is not possible to exchange the consumer product, the sales price indicated on the invoice or receipt of the consumer product must be refunded to him within eight days after the ineffective expiration of the thirty-day period.


The regulations written under the section "Rules related to the handling of warranty claims" do not apply to electric bicycles, electric scooters, quads, motorcycles, mopeds, cars, motorhomes, caravans, trailers, trailers, and motorized watercraft. In the case of these products, however, the Seller is obliged to endeavor to fulfill the repair request within 15 days.
If the duration of the repair or replacement exceeds fifteen days, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer of the expected duration of the repair or replacement.
